3. Dedication and unveiling of "Glory Be- Madonna and Child" sculpture relief to the Ancaster Anglican Church, Ontario. This special liturgical work was sculpted based on a 1979 design by Dr. Elizabeth Bradford Holbrook, CM (1913-2009) which she requested her protégé to complete following her passing. The sculpture will be dedicated in loving memory of Dr. Elizabeth Bradford Holbrook by Canon David Pickett on 31st May 2009.
4. Portrait entitled: “Margaret Atwood Idea - Idea”, mixed media collage by Christian Corbet featured on book cover of forthcoming university publication, U.K.
5. Portrait medallion entitled: "Honest" Tom Foster by Christian Corbet to be unveiled in Ontario, summer 2009.

1. Presentation on 23rd April 2009 of "Sir Winston Spencer Churchill" bronze medallion by the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy to Lady Mary Soames, LG, DBE. England.

March 2009
1. Private unveiling and presentation of "Hon. William Graham, PC, QC" bronze plaque to Hon. Graham on the occasion of his 70th birthday, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
2. Presentation of "Hon. Pauline McGibbon Medallion" to I.O.D.E. Accepted by Chris Bateman, National President. This work was Corbet's first authorized relief sculpture created in 1998 and made out of terra-cotta and mounted on an Italian marble base.

Official Unveiling of "Sir Winston Spencer Churchill Medallion"
Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy 25th Anniversary Gala, Four Season's Hotel, Ontario, Canada
Guest Speakers: Former Prime Minister Hon Kim Campbell, PC. and Hon. Celia Sandys, granddaughter of Sir Winston Churchill.
On the silver anniversary of the founding of the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy held in the Regency Ballroom at the Four Season's Hotel, Toronto Mr. Christian Corbet received the great honour to be invited to sit at the head table. With such distinguished guests as former Prime Minister Kim Campbell, Hon. William Graham, PC, QC; Hon Catherine Callbeck, Senator; Hon. Martha Findlay by his side Christian Corbet's recent portrait medallion was unveiled to a room of over 400 distinguished guests. Hon. William Graham and Christian Corbet unveiled a principle medallion of the late British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill to an enthusiastic crowd. The formal portrait medallion was authorized by Churchill's surviving daughter Lady Soames, MBE.
Following the unveiling Robert O'Brien, Chairman of the Churchill Society presented Hon. Celia Sandys, granddaughter of Sir Winston Churchill, with a smaller bronze medallion depicting her famous grandfather also sculpted by Christian Corbet. Celia Sandys was touched by this gift from the Churchill Society thanking them for their kindness and sending "Congratulations" to Corbet for his artistic achievement.
